New Land Parcel Acquired by JMS Group at Sohna Road
JMS Group is emerging as a leading industry giant in the recent years in residential sector as their two plotted development projects in Gurugram were successfully launched. After the launch of these two projects, JMS Group has further announced the acquisition of another land parcel in the region adjoining Sohna Road. Managing Director “Pushpender Singh” of JMS Group has recently given the news that the company has acquired 15 acres of land to plan and develop residential projects from the Haryana Government. These projects will be built under Deen Dayal Jan Awas Yojana (DDJAY). Company is further looking forward to acquire more land in future for further developments.
After acquiring 15 acres of land, the company is now in process to develop 269 plots, building such a community whose focus will be on community living. All the facilities from power backup to high-end clubbing will be available in this community. Various sizes of plots will be made that ranges from 120 to 178 sq. yards. MD of JMS group has said that, real estate sector has taken an upswing and a renewed interest in the plots has been observed. He says that in his opinion, customers should always buy the plots from reputed builders because they provide financial security being backed by the reputed financial institutions and other major advantage is that they provide undisputed land because they usually acquire all the necessary and required permissions for the project.
JMS group has already launched two similar projects where in one had 216 plots spread over 10 acres of land and other had plots in land parcel of 16.5 acres. Both these projects are in sector 95 of Gurugram and have been launched under Deen Dayal Jan Awas Yojana (DDJAY) of Haryana Government. This scheme encourages the development of plotted colonies to follow the liberal policy framework.
